Hello Afro-Nerds!
A while ago I attended the “In the Cut” pop-up Black barbershop hosted at our university to raise awareness for Black men’s mental health. I want to share the poem recited by a colleague of mine during the event to support the event. There isn’t more I can share about the event that isn’t summarised about the importance of Barbershops and Black men’s mental health.
I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did listening to it ✨
